USS Antares Captain Patricia M. Tigan

Patricia Melissa Tigan is a Starfleet prodigy. During her Academy years, she studied under a rare "combined core", dual-specialization program, focusing on both engineering and science. Upon graduation, she served three years aboard the Lincoln-class Laboratory, Candle, and then another five years aboard the Detroit-class Support Frigate, Lor'Tan, after which she returned to the Proxima Shipyards to work on the Antares Design Project, a design that certainly bears her fingerprints.

Patricia has an abundant love of life, knows how to enjoy herself, and views most Starfleet captains as stuffy and rigid, qualities she gleefully denies possessing. She considers herself a musical historian with a love of mid-to-late 20th century Earth music, which she calls, "The Classics".
