USS Pacific is typical of the Ocean-class Transports; huge, slow, and with massive cargo space. Able to carry up to 5.767 passengers or, with minor modular adjustments, 111,000 cubic meters of cargo, Ocean transports are an invaluable part of Starfleet's galactic services. As typical of transports, they carry no weaponry and have minor armor. Unfortunately, this leaves them vulnerable to pirate ambushes.
